How to Pay invoices Using Deposit

If we have a deposit at Jayahost. will automatically be used to make payments if there is an invoice.

However, if the deposit is added after an invoice is issued, it will not automatically make payment on an invoice. how we can make payments manually. here's how

Enter the Invoice menu: we can enter the invoice menu via portal.jayahost.com as shown in the following image

then select the relevant invoice that you want to pay using your deposit

scroll down then click Use Deposit to pay using a deposit

Note: if the deposit used to pay is less than the nominal invoice. then the customer is required to pay the shortfall using another payment method
